The owner, Shannon Mock Miller, decided to call the studio Nashville because it is the first Flour Power in the Greater Nashville area. We believe there will be others open over the coming years but this location will always be the Nashville flagship studio.

For the weekly classes, you are able to change/cancel a class through the parent portal. If you do not cancel a class in advance and then not show up for the class, you will lose the class and there will be no refund or credit for a future class. If you are no longer able to cancel the class yourself, you must call at least a WEEK in advance. If you do so, the class will be returned to your account and you will be able to reschedule another class. If you call within a week of the class, there is no refund or exchange. For all other events; Kids Night Out, Camps, Family Classes, Mini Camps, Adult Classes, Drop and Shop, and any Special Event, there is no refund, exchange or credit. Groceries are purchased based on the number of participants enrolled , staffing is done based on that number as well. If you are NOT able to attend an event you have signed up for, you are welcome to send another child in the place of the original child, just email the studio and let us know the name of the child.

No. Each child must have their own package of classes based on their age group.

Yes, but the Tween must attend the Lil Chef class. Lil Chefs cannot "age up" to the Tween class, unless it is a Kids Night Out or camp situation.

We will gladly cancel before April 14th and refund your cost, MINUS $40 PER WEEK registered. There will be NO REFUNDS after April 14th. You may switch to a different week, based on availability.

Our Basic Party price is $560 and includes the Birthday child, plus 10 invited guests, for a total of 11 participants. You MAY have up to 16 guests, with an additional $25 charge for each guest over the 11. So, if you have 16, there would be an additional $125 added to your final check out. You pay $280.00 deposit to reserve your date and time. The balance is due at the end of your party.

Our maximum studio capacity is 49. This number includes management, staff and all guests. We typically have a party going in each of our two kitchens; therefore, we have to limit the number of people in each kitchen. The MAXIMUM party participants are 16. There is an additional $25 charge for each party participant, over the included 11. If you require a party with more than 16 participants, or if all the parents will want to stay, you would need to book BOTH kitchens , essentially booking 2 parties at the same time.

While we understand some parents are hesitant to leave their child, cooking is not really a "spectator" activity. Due to space limitations, we strongly encourage parents of party guests to drop their little ones off and leave the studio. The family of the birthday child is always welcome to stay, of course, and we have ample staff on hand to assist the children. The shopping center offers multiple dining options as well as shopping to enjoy while your child attends their party.

Yes. All participants must wear closed toe shoes. No sandals or flip flops are permitted in the cooking studio. You also must sign a waiver, each time you attend a class or event.
