For the weekly classes, you are able to change/cancel a class through the parent portal. If you do not cancel a class in advance and then not show up for the class, you will lose the class and there will be no refund or credit for a future class. If you are no longer able to cancel the class yourself, you must call at least a WEEK in advance. If you do so, the class will be returned to your account and you will be able to reschedule another class. If you call within a week of the class, there is no refund or exchange.
For all other events; Kids Night Out, Camps, Family Classes, Mini Camps, Adult Classes, Drop and Shop, and any Special Event, there is no refund, exchange or credit. Groceries are purchased based on the number of participants enrolled , staffing is done based on that number as well. If you are NOT able to attend an event you have signed up for, you are welcome to send another child in the place of the original child, just email the studio and let us know the name of the child.
