Hello from Flour Power!

Chef Hannah & Chef Dad Frank Silber recently stirred up a ton of fun in our Flour Power Falls River Raleigh studio to show us how to make yummy Bacon Egg Cups for Father's Day! Click below to watch the video!



  • 1 package pre-cooked bacon
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Arrange each slice of bacon around the edge of each muffin cup, creating a circle around the edge.  Add bacon to the bottom.
  3. Crack eggs into a bowl.  Add cheese and salt and pepper.
  4. Top with chopped chives.
  5. Bake 12 - 16 minutes, based on your preference for the egg consistency.
  6. Remove each cup from muffin pan with a spoon and let cool.  Enjoy!
